RN PCU Resource Float Pool Nights

Role: Provides proficient, direct patient care in an intensive care setting, ensuring patient safety, optimizing outcomes, and managing resources effectively. Key Responsibilities Responds promptly to adverse symptoms indicated by monitoring and life support equipment.Handles life-threatening situations using established nursing protocols.Delivers critical care to high-acuity patients in a technically complex environment.React decisively and maintain composure in stressful scenarios.Utilizes critical thinking and judgment to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.Strong critical thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work with minimal supervision. This role is onsite, requiring night shifts, and offers competitive pay based on experience.
