Role Overview: Provides direct, high-acuity patient care in an intensive care setting, ensuring patient safety, optimal outcomes, and resource utilization. Key Responsibilities Initiates corrective actions based on monitoring and life support equipment data.Responds decisively to life-threatening situations following nursing protocols.Delivers critical care to complex patients in a technically demanding environment.React effectively to stressful situations with critical thinking and minimal supervision. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN.Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.At least 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings.
