About the role

Provides direct, high-acuity patient care in an intensive care setting, ensuring patient safety, optimal outcomes, and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Initiates corrective actions based on monitoring and life support equipment data.
• Responds decisively to life-threatening situations following nursing protocols.
• Delivers critical care to complex patients in a technically demanding environment.
• Reacts effectively to stressful situations with critical thinking and minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.
• At least 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings.
