Role Summary Provides direct, high-acuity patient care in an intensive care setting, ensuring patient safety, optimizing outcomes, and responding effectively to life-threatening situations. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring and life support equipment data.Respond to emergencies following established protocols.Deliver critical care to complex patient populations in technically demanding environments.Handle stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.Minimum six months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of employment.Strong critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
