RN Patient Care Manager (PCM) Nursery

About the role

The Patient Care Manager (PCM) works under the direction of the Unit Director.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staff and ensure the delivery of patient care through the nursing process.
• Maintain financial control of the unit.
• Serve as liaison between administration and staff.
• Up to 60% of scheduled time may be in patient care.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license.
• 2 years' experience in SCN.
• BLS, NRP and STABLE required.

Qualifications

• BSN and RN Certification preferred.
