About the role
The Patient Care Manager (PCM) works under the direction of the Unit Director.
Responsibilities
- Maintain staff and ensure the delivery of patient care through the nursing process.
- Maintain financial control of the unit.
- Serve as liaison between administration and staff.
- Up to 60% of scheduled time may be in patient care.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license.
- 2 years' experience in SCN.
- BLS, NRP and STABLE required.
Qualifications
- BSN and RN Certification preferred.
