About the role
The Patient Care Manager - Hospice oversees patient care activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of hospice services, supporting the Executive team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulations
- Promote quality care and safety for patients and staff
- Investigate complaints
- Provide staff in-services to address educational needs
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
Preferred qualifications
- Over 4 years of full-time RN experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
Salary-based, ranging from $77,688 to $116,532 annually.
