RN Part Time

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• Occasionally, de-escalate and manage crises to ensure the safety of others.

Requirements

• A valid MA state LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid drivers license.
• A TB screening and physical examination upon hire, with a TB update every two years thereafter.

Qualifications

Experience in a 24-hour supported home environment is preferred.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
