About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to lead patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will effectively delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes and cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quality patient outcomes through the nursing process
- Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources
- Evaluate and promote changes to achieve optimal patient care
- Adapt to diverse patient populations and maintain professional behavior
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Certification in clinical specialty area preferred
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer and software applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
