About the role
Registered Nurse providing 1:1 care for a pediatric patient in home and school settings.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
- Administer medications and treatments, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed.
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- At least one year of RN experience.
Key duties
- Deliver personalized nursing care.
- Manage patient treatments.
- Adapt care plans as needed.
