About the role

This role is for a registered nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and providing comprehensive nursing care during patients' hospital stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications
• Coordinate with the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families
• Document care activities
• Provide specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment
• Maintain safety, infection control, and a professional environment while adhering to policies and standards
• Ensure effective communication, teamwork, and patient satisfaction
• Incorporate evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid RN license in applicable states
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
• Ability to perform physical tasks
• Maintain professionalism and follow safety protocols
