Job Summary
This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on dynamic environments with optimal patient outcomes.
- Possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by enthusiasm to help others.
- Support patient recovery and fuel career advancement in a fast-paced environment.
- Acquire knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
- Perform assessment and analysis of patient problems and conditions, determining need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
- Implement and modify care plans using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including nursing care coordination, patient and family education, and discharge planning.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary partnerships in patient care.
- Integrate ethical provisions in nursing practice and deliver care that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Evaluate progress towards desired patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
- Registered Nurse (RN), upon hire.
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
