Shift

Days- flexibility required

Works with the

Regional Orthopedic Institute team

Develops

• patient education and community outreach materials

Maintains

• performance metrics
• ensures compliance with activities required to achieve and maintain practice-specific certifications

Conducts

• daily rounds on in-patients with physicians
• coordinates care issues with the interdisciplinary team

Collaborates

• with case management on post-op discharge planning
• strategies to decrease length of stay

Education

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience

• 1+ orthopedic nursing and informal/ formal leadership experience [Required]
• 1+ project management and/or process improvement of orthopedic related experience [Required]

Licenses And Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Certified Orthopaedic Nurse (ONC) [Preferred]

Pay Range

$68,132.50 - $119,520.35
