About the role

We're seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is a leader in patient care, applying the Nursing Process and adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the Nursing Process in delivering patient care
• Achieves learning needs and implements teaching strategies
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources
• Evaluates and promotes changes for optimal outcomes

Requirements

• Current RN License in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Education Required: Registered Nurse Diploma
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Experience working in a clinical specialty area preferred
• Leadership skills/experience preferred
