Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center, delivering top-of-scope nursing practice in a patient-centered, evidence-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure safety and quality of patient care
• Maintain a positive workplace culture and respectful environment
• Uphold patient-centered care, evidence-based practices, and customer service standards
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional growth

Key Duties

• Provide direct clinical care to patients
• Support safety and quality initiatives
• Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN)
• Valid RN licensure
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Ability to work onsite
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR certification
