Registered Nurse in an ambulatory surgical center, providing high-level patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scope-of-practice nursing care aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient safety, quality, and positive patient experiences.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN, MSN).
- Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months; CNOR preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
