About the role
Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Unit Manager to join their team of dedicated health care professionals. The ideal candidate must have an unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations of the unit and be responsible for staff
- Provide supervision of nurses and CNAs, and interface with physicians
- Provide QI reporting and follow-up, and provide clinical expertise to staff as needed
- Provide care for our most clinically acute patients and residents
Requirements
- Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care
- Nursing Management experience preferred
- BSN preferred
