Position Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Role Details: Open to Registered Nurses and Graduate Nurse Residents in a Rehabilitation (ARU) department. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care during 12-hour night shifts. The position offers incentives such as sign-on bonuses, no contractual obligations, and bridging programs for further education (BSN/MSN). New RNs may also qualify for loan forgiveness programs. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN licensure in the state or compact license, with ongoing license maintenance.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks. Key Duties: Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to standards while delivering compassionate care.
