About the role

The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values. This position is for a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident in the Rehabilitation (ARU) department, working part-time (24 hours/week) on 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree: ASN, Diploma, or BSN
• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Additional unit-specific requirements may apply

Physical demands

• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Various physical movements as required by patient care duties
