The Registered Nurse (RN) role involves delivering high-quality patient care to ensure positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Working under general supervision, the RN coordinates patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care.Developing individualized nursing care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.Preparing and administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.Reconciliation of medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.Monitoring patient responses to interventions and adjusting care plans as needed.Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team for effective planning.Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Associate Degree in Nursing; 1 year of RN experience; valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS certification.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; 1 year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or similar organizations.
