About the role

USPI Audubon Surgery Center at St Francis is seeking a motivated OR Circulator Registered Nurse to join our team. The center is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all age patients in the operating room.
• Provide care within nursing standards of practice and the policies of the Center.
• Make decisions regarding direct patient care needs and communicate appropriate information to physicians, patients, family members, and personnel in other departments as well as team members.
• May have additional responsibilities as designated by the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room and/or Director of Nursing, including serving on committees and participating in quality improvement audits and projects.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state (or compact license; compact license holders must obtain state license within 90 days of hire).
• CPR certification required.
• Advanced life support certification required within six months of hire.
• Demonstrated clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing the responsibilities of the position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current state RN license or compact license (as noted above).

Pay

• Hourly range: $36–$54 (based on experience)
• Sign‑on bonus: $7,500

Schedule

• No call, weekends, or holidays required.
• 10‑hour shifts available.
