About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, supporting our residents' health and well-being, and guiding our nursing teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and oversee delivery of nursing services.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and maintain accurate files and documentation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally.
Requirements
- Hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) state license.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience as a nurse in long-term or skilled care is preferred, but not required.
