RN Operating Room Weekend Nights

About the role

Wyoming Medical Center seeks to transform the lives of those we serve by fostering the highest level of health and wellness in our community and across our region and state. Located in Casper, Wyoming, this role offers flexibility during the week and a 30% weekend shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Circle and scrub a wide variety of procedures alongside a tight-knit team dedicated to delivering the highest level of care to every patient in the Operating Room.
• Work in a high-functioning, fast-paced 7-bed OR performing surgeries including ENT, hearts, general, ortho/neuro, plastics, robotic, and vascular procedures.
• Achieve a 30% weekend shift differential.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
• BLS certification.
• One year experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in the specialty area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification preferred.

Skills

• Specialized knowledge and judgment in nursing practice.
• Ability to assess and plan care for patients.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits

Full-time working 36 hours a week, rotating 3 - 12 hour night shifts, 2 of which must be weekend shifts (Friday 7:00pm - Sunday 7:00pm).

Pay
