RN - Operating Room Sing-on & Relocation available - Cottonwood, AZ

Responsibilities

• Affirms patient needs and conditions through gathering relevant health information.
• Identifies outcomes, develops individualized care plans, and implements these plans.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Maintains a sterile field during procedures and adheres to infection control standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Assists with procedures and transports patients according to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• If hired on or after July 1, 2016, must have graduated from a BSN program within 6 years of RN position start.
