Job Summary

Under the direction of the Department Director, Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, provides high quality, cost-effective nursing care, meeting the medical, psycho/social, spiritual, emotional and educational needs of OR patients. Primarily responsible for preparing patients for surgical procedures and endoscopy procedures, and assisting during surgery.

Qualifications

• (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in perioperative setting required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
