Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in the OR Operating Room AIP provides direct patient care within perioperative, PACU, or operating room settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and patient-centered care, with responsibilities including practice in perioperative standards, precepting new staff, and supporting clinical education. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited program, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and CNOR certification. A minimum of 2 years of OR experience is required.
