Direct team activities in the OR; assure proper communication in OR among staff and surgeons; develop a perioperative nursing care plan through assessment of patient care needs; demonstrate understanding of the hospital's mission and values and their impact on nursing practices; demonstrate consistent alignment with our behavior standards; collaborate with other care staff to assure smooth transition for patients throughout the facility using proper hand‑off techniques.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Registered Nurse: MN
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Operating Room experience
- Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room
Pay
$40.15 - $54.55 /hour
