About the Role
This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. The nurse will coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients
- Evaluate care effectiveness and support team performance
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and uphold organizational standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state or with compact licensure requirements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days of hire), and other unit-specific certifications as required
