RN Oncology/Neurology - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing duties in accordance with standards and mission.Evaluate care quality and support team members.Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care.Maintain patient confidentiality and rights. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.Certifications: BLS and ACLS (or obtain within specified timeframe); other unit-specific certifications as required. Key Duties Provide direct patient care, evaluate treatment effectiveness, collaborate with healthcare team, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
