About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating care effectiveness and coordinating with other departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with organizational standards, mission, and values
- Providing specialized care in areas such as chemotherapy, oncology, hematology, immunotherapy, and radiation therapy
- Managing symptoms and coordinating multidisciplinary treatments
- Ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure valid in the state or through a compact license
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS (or within 30 days of hire); additional unit-specific certifications as required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements during shifts
