RN Oncology/Neurology - Full-Time Nights

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient treatment with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards. Responsibilities: Performs nursing duties, evaluates care quality, and collaborates across teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintains compliance with mission and values, upholding standards of care and confidentiality. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with current RN licensure and adherence to state requirements. Must possess certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and any unit-specific credentials, with physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Skills & Requirements: Strong clinical knowledge, physical stamina, and certification compliance. Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and lifting, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
