Position Highlights
Position: Registered Nurse Triage
Location: Evanston Hospital
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday (Day Shift)
Required Travel: Possible to float to other locations
What You Will Do
- Provides a professional nursing assessment, prioritizing treatment according to the urgency of need.
- Completes comprehensive assessments with patients and/or family members and initiates pre-certification process.
- Serves actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, supporting the organization and program philosophy of care to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient.
What You Will Need

Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nursing License , Current CPR issued by American Heart Association
Experience: A minimum of two years of behavioral health experience
