RN Office Triage - Behavioral Health

Full-time registered nursing role focused on triage, patient assessment, and care coordination within a behavioral-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments with patients and/or families.
• Prioritize patient treatment based on clinical urgency.
• Initiate pre-certification processes for required services.
• Support the organization’s care philosophy and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nursing License.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of two years of behavioral health experience.
