RN Office Triage - Behavioral Health

Position: Registered Nurse Triage Location: Evanston Hospital Type: Full Time (Monday-Friday, Day Shift) Travel: Possible to float to other locations Key Responsibilities: Conduct professional nursing assessments, prioritize treatment based on urgency, and complete comprehensive evaluations with patients and families.Initiate pre-certification processes and support patient safety and well-being as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois Registered Nursing License and CPR issued by the American Heart Association.Minimum of two years of behavioral health experience.
