Role Position Overview

This role plays a critical part in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting staff performance, and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.

• Oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift
• Support and supervise nursing staff across the facility
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing teams
• Help ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Aid in staffing coordination, problem-solving, and resident care oversight
• Partner closely with Unit Managers, DON leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Supervisor: Possession of a state license in applicable state you are performing work and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role
• Interest or experience in geriatrics
• Current BLS/CPR
• Experience with dementia population desirable
