RN Nurse Supervisor Part Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high quality patient care.
• Manage and coordinate nursing service activities for the scheduled shift.
• Develop systems and procedures for daily operations.
• Solve problems and achieve assigned objectives through employee and manager collaboration.

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from an approved vendor required.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.
• Three (3) years experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications relevant to job functions.

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed.
• Freedom from illegal drug and alcohol use in the workplace.
