Night Shift RN Nursing Supervisor

Overview

Diversicare will host a Walk-Up Interview Event and Job Fair from 10am – 6 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Interviews and hiring will occur on-site for qualified applicants. Positions available include RN, LPN, and CNA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
