Role Overview The nurse practitioner independently and collaboratively manages patient health issues across various settings, including research, consultation, and advocacy for individuals and communities. Key Duties Develops and implements care plans aligned with scope of practice and written protocols.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, and referrals appropriately.Enhances nursing practice quality and fosters professional development of colleagues.Provides clinical leadership and supports lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification and eligibility for prescription privileges.
