RN - Nurse Practitioner Prn

About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) works in collaboration with a physician to assess patients' medical needs. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with a physician to evaluate patient health concerns.
• Ordering, interpreting, and recording results of clinical tests.
• Reporting test results to physicians.
• Prescribing medication(s) as appropriate.
• Recommending other therapeutic forms of treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
• Current state nursing license with renewal in accordance with State Board of Nursing standards.
• Two to four years of experience; long‑term acute care and rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with minimal guidance.
