Role Overview The nurse practitioner independently and collaboratively assesses, diagnoses, and manages patient health issues across various settings, serving as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, groups, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and utilizes prescriptive authority within legal regulations. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements care plans within scope of practice, ensuring quality patient care.Uses prescriptive authority, referrals, procedures, and treatments in accordance with laws.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to professional development and provides clinical leadership.Supports lifelong learning and achieves assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification and eligibility for prescriptive privileges.
