Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative healthcare services to treat and manage patients' health issues in various settings, including research, consultation, and advocacy roles for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and manages illnesses and diseases, with additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Develops care plans within the scope of practice using written protocols to ensure quality patient care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in compliance with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Engages with peers to support professional development.Provides clinical leadership and promotes lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Master's or Doctoral level as a nurse practitioner.Minimum skills: Computer literate.Licensure: Current nurse practitioner certification, eligible for or holding prescription privileges.Other: Valid RN license.
