Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative healthcare services to diagnose, treat, and manage patient health issues across various settings. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, groups, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and manages illnesses in accordance with legal and professional standards. Responsibilities Develops patient care plans within scope of practice using established protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments following applicable laws.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to peer and colleague professional development.Provides clinical leadership and supports lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Masters or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges or certification of fitness.Valid RN license.
