RN Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative healthcare services to treat and manage patients' health issues across various settings, including research, consultation, and advocacy for individuals and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and manages illnesses, with additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Develops individualized care plans within the nurse practitioner's scope, following protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Engages in peer collaboration and contributes to professional development.Provides clinical leadership and promotes lifelong learning.Completes assigned professional goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing as a nurse practitioner.Minimum experience: Relevant clinical practice (preferred/desired).Skills: Computer literacy.Licensure: Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges or eligibility.Must hold RN licensure.
