Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and managing health conditions across various settings. Serves as a researcher, consultant, and advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments and manages illness within scope of practice. Responsibilities Develops individualized care plans following established protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Collaborates with peers, contributing to professional development.Provides clinical leadership and supports lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Master’s or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literacy.Current nurse practitioner certification and prescription privileges.Active RN licensure.
