RN Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care across diverse settings, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of illnesses. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate for individuals, families, and communities. Performs comprehensive evaluations and implements treatment plans within scope of practice. Responsibilities Develops care plans following written protocols to ensure quality care.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, and referrals in compliance with laws.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Contributes to peer development and provides clinical leadership.Supports lifelong learning and completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing.Computer literacy.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges.RN licensure.
