RN Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview

This position involves independently and collaboratively providing healthcare services across various settings, including patient treatment, assessment, diagnosis, and disease management. The role also includes acting as a researcher, consultant, and advocate for individuals, families, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans within the nurse practitioner's scope, following protocols to ensure quality care.
• Utilize prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, and treatments in compliance with legal regulations.
• Enhance nursing practice quality and effectiveness.
• Contribute to peer development and provide clinical leadership.
• Support lifelong learning and complete assigned goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care.
• Master's or Doctoral level education as a nurse practitioner.
• Computer literacy required; additional skills preferred.
• Current nurse practitioner certification with eligibility for prescription privileges.
