About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Practice Educator to join our team on a 14-week contract in Camden, ME.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide education, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Develop and implement clinical education programs and materials.
- Support staff in maintaining best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Assess staff competency and provide feedback for professional development.
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Maine (or compact license eligible).
- Proven experience in clinical education, nursing mentorship, or staff development.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a short-term contract setting.
