RN Nurse Manager - Home Care

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to oversee home health care services for geriatric clients in Mashpee, MA, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Conducting client assessments and developing personalized care plans
• Coordinating communication among clients, field staff, and clinicians
• Supervising and supporting Home Health Aide staff in the field
• Facilitating new hire orientations and training sessions for staff

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager is advantageous
