Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit adult clients in Raleigh, NC and other surrounding areas for assessments.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of care plans.
- Supervise Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Train new employees and conduct in-services for field staff.
Qualifications
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
