Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, and managed care.
• RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• Specialty certification is preferred.
