Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervises the clinical aspects of the nursing department including RN, LPN, Monitor Techs, Unit Secretaries, and PCT.
• Oversight of the delivery of patient care and scheduling of shifts.
• Participation in recruiting and educating staff to build skills within the staff and create an effective work environment.
