RN Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit clients and conduct assessments in Clarks Summit, PA and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation for RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.
• Participate in the training of RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Trach/vent experience is a plus; training will be provided and supported after hire.
• Supervisory experience.
